Consultancies

As a socially engaged researcher, I provide policy-oriented consultancies grounded in rigorous academic expertise and extensive fieldwork. My core areas include LGBTQ rights in Central and Eastern Europe and the broader Global South, gender-based violence, gender equality, queer migration, and the intersections of war, displacement, and human rights.

I have advised international organisations, foundations, and NGOs on evidence-based policy design, programme evaluation, and inclusive governance. Selected consultancies include:

Previous clients and partners include UN OHCHR, GIZ and GIZ CPS, the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPI), Heinrich Böll Stiftung, the Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament, and Luminate Group. Further details and references are available upon request.
